1. Introduction
A wholesale price is a discounted price set for bulk or large quantity purchases to encourage larger transactions and boost sales by increasing customers’s basket size. Generally, customers will get to enjoy lower unit prices when they purchase large quantities of the product. You may offer different wholesale prices to different types of customer groups such as default customers and dropshippers.
This feature is only available in SiteGiant OMO Essential and above.
2. Create Wholesale Price
Step 1: Navigate to Products > Webstore Listing > click on the Product Name.
Step 2: In the product details page, click on the Wholesale tab > + Add Wholesale.
Step 3: Select the Customer Group > select Date Period for the Wholesale Price.

Step 4: Proceed to Add Wholesale Price Tier following how many tiers you want to add.
📌Note: The Max Qty of the last Price Tier will be ignored. Thus, even if customers purchase more than the Max Qty of the last price tier, the unit price would still remain as the last tier.
Step 5: If you wish to add more wholesale prices for different Customer Groups, you may click on the + Add Wholesale and repeat the steps above.
Step 6: You may also click the Duplicate button to create similar wholesale price tier settings for other customer groups.
Step 7: Once done with the settings, toggle on the Status > Save.
📌Note: Wholesale product is not allowed to have same-time promotion with Add-on Deal and Bundle Deal.
Step 8: You will see the label of [Wholesale] on the product listing.
3. From Customer Perspective
Step 1: Login customers that are under the selected Customer Group will be able to see the Wholesale Price when go into the Product Detail page on the Webstore.
📌Note: If the product is also set with Special Price or Customer Group Pricing, customers are entitled to the price that is the lowest among them.
Step 2: If the customer selects a different variant within the same product, the quantity will be added together, and the wholesale discount will be applied based on the total quantity.
